Thundering Hill Yorkshire Terriers

Purchaser___________________________ agrees to Spay / Neuter their new puppy when puppy reaches the age of 6-7 months. Purchaser agrees to supply, Thundering Hill Yorkshire Terriers (Holly Doern) with a veterinarian's letter signed and dated as proof of the spay /neuter. CKC Registration papers will be held by breeder until proof of Spay/Neuter of said dog is complete.

If purchaser fails to Spay/Neuter this puppy and fails to provide proof by the time the puppy is 8 months of age, rights and ownership of the puppy will automatically be terminated and puppy will be returned to Thundering Hill Yorkshire Terriers (Holly Doern) who may immediately assume possession of the puppy with no refund to purchaser. Purchaser will be responsible for any and all fees incurred of the safe recovery of the returning puppy to Thundering Hill Yorkshire Terriers and for all cost incurred of an attorney, court, filing, and travel etc.

In the event that the puppy is subsequently resold by the purchaser noted above, this contract is still in effect with the new purchaser.
